Scenes from last night. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3 main meals covered. The other 3 meals i have in each of these days are protein shakes or a high carb snack.
The Menu:-
2 Tupperware - 200g Sun Dried Tomato Basmati Rice. (Pre-Work out meal.)
3 Tupperware - 180g Wholewheat pasta.
2 Tupperware - 200g Wholegrain Brown Rice.
The meat selection a little bit of everything (160g portion.) Turkey Mince in one Tupperware, Beef Mince in the other. Keeping it easy.
