Today session:-
Flexibility/mobility/stretching 20 mins.
Deadlifts.
3 Warm Up sets 8-10 reps
4 Working Sets @ 75% 1RM 6/8 reps
4 Working Sets @ 80% 1RM 4/6 reps
Lat Pull Down
Alt sets, one set overhand the next set underhand. (Key change if you want to focus on working your lower lats.)
In each set, 6/8 reps heavy the drop the weight by 15kg and do 10/12 reps.
In total:-
3 Sets overhand
3 Sets underhand
Lying Incline Dumbbell Row
(Another great exercise to take pressure off your lower back while focusing working on your lower lats.
4 Sets @ 10 Reps
Raised Seat Row (place a dumbbell on the seat.)
Using a row bar 3 Sets @ 10 Reps
Using a straight bar 3 Sets @ 10 Reps
(Underhand Grip
