Current update pic, 6 weeks into mass training - 2 weeks into phase 2 of my programme. I'm happy with the process so far, feeling stronger, fuller and thickness is coming along nicely, especially in my legs. Might drop a leg selfie soon 😏

Anyone that is a hard gainer like me, do not be afraid to load up on those carbs. I'm on a current ratio of 50% carbs 25% protein 25% fats. Carbs are your friend not your enemy haha. Fuel those glycogen stores and lift big. 💪🏻
