Hood up, head down and lift!!
So I'm going to share a clip from my shoulder workout I did on Sunday. This video comes from my strength week, so it's all about low volume and slow tempo. I don't go to heavy with the lifts when it's comes to shoulders as I'm still trying to get my strength back in them after last years injury. Still along way to go with it, a few clicks and clunks when moving it but noticing small differences already.
So in terms of exercises for my shoulder workout it included:- military press standing, partial reverse flyes - working on my rear delts, lying incline DB front raises, cable side raises and front raises in the video - working on my front delts.
