Another brutal leg workout done with this one today @jessieking16 Two session smashed now, first session yesterday was an overall leg conditioning session and today was a glute specific workout. Absolute scenes, you know it's been a good workout when the client can't walk. #jellylegs
Today's Programme:-
Superset
Sumo Goblet Squat - 10,12,15
Smith Machine Hack Squats -10,12,15
Then on 4th set, one exercise at a time. BURN OUT - AMRAP, drop weight and AMRAP.
Then same principle on the other exercise.
Side Steps into Saddle Jump- 4sX15r

Assisted Pull Machine - 15, 15, 15
One foot on the plate and one foot on the assisted pad. Push pad down and bring knee back up to 90* degrees.
